Rain or shine, Cubao is always fine. Here's why almost everyone in Manila - not only lovers - likes to go and come back again and again to this dandy place called, Cubao.
Amidst the busy and filthy streets of Quezon City, the largest city in Metropolitan Manila, there’s a place called Cubao, a multi-commercial area situated along the long and winding Epifanio de los Santos Avenue and the raggedy and ravishing Aurora Boulevard.
Here in Manila, when you hear Cubao, various things will pop into your head, such as: shopping centers, thrift boutiques, surplus stores, humongous coliseums, train stations, bus terminals, aesthetic and artistic finds, and even shoe expos. Cubao, indeed, is a centralized place for all sorts of people.
My boylove and I go to Cubao frequently because one, it’s near to both of our homes and two, we never run out of things to do when we’re gallivanting the place. I never realized that I have come up with quite a number of film photographs shot in Cubao – until tonight. Here are some of my collated scenes, circa 2008 to present.

Oh, crap! I forgot to include which camera/s I used! So here. I only used 3 cameras in this article:
Superheadz Blackbird Fly (for the ones with sprockets)
Vivitar Ultra Wide and Slim
and an ordinary yellow toy camera called 'Komax' (for the red-scaled shots and the ones with flash)
