What does it makes a perfect getaway? Beach, Friends, and Cameras!

We planned the trip since one year ago, where we spotted the cheap air flights promotions, we bought the ticket right away and waited the trip for one whole year!
I am a BEAAAACH freak. Well, I’m not too freak those kind of freak, but I’m someone who in love with sunshine’s, sea, and the beach! I was so wanted to visit the east coast of Malaysia, where the island on the east coast are way cleaner and beautiful than those along the Straits of Malacca.
After 1 year of anticipating, here we are, to the Perhentian Island! We took the flight, then the taxi to the jetty, then the speedboat to the island! There are 2 main islands of the Perhentian Island. The Perhentian Besar (“Big Perhentian”) and Perhentian Kecil (“Small Perhentian”). This trip, we will be staying at the Perhentian Besar. The name “perhentian” means “stopping point” in Malay.
What make this ‘stopping point island’ special? Perhaps it is the stretches of white beach or the crystal clear water and the superior scuba diving. Perhaps it is the untouched forests or the relaxed atmosphere and unspoiled charm. We like to think that is a little bit of all of this that makes the Perhentian Islands the perfect place to stop and take some time out. The laid-back atmosphere and the natural beauty of the Perhentian islands immediately transport you to a different world. It’s truly undesirable using words. And perhaps, let my lomographs talk the story. It is my perfect getaway!
