Lomography

I love finding places from the past, in this case from the Soviet past. Although I have not long lived in the Union, but I know and feel the state of such places, to which the spirit of "perestroika" has not yet arrived. One of them, I visited this week: I beg to love and favor rubles (otherwise they will be shut down completely) - a boarding house "Forest town".

Pension previously seemed destined for a factory, people gathered here on tour. After the collapse of the Union, few want to come here.

All wrapped in a boarding lazy haze of the past with flowers in tubs, bored flies (they are here all year round, it seems), a dining room with chocolate and cooked chops with buckwheat. Corridors almost deserted, although a reservation that was not here in the season, possibly in the summer of this beautiful guest house breaking from the visitors.

In the boarding house I got for a work: in our unit there was training. From the camera with me, I had Horizon Compact and Agat-18. Let’s go back to a hotel: the lobby we were met by the beautiful hare and Misha the bear with strange bulging eyes.

The rooms we got the Soviet-type, but with clean linen, which is nice. Invariable attribute of all rooms – TV Grundig. Toilet not only locked up, unfortunately. A room with a loud name “conference room” was a beautiful scratched with a nail board and nightstand without one leg. But our workouts is not hindered.

On the territory of the pension lot of interesting things: baths, some abandoned houses, skating rinks, but it is at this point under a large blanket of snow. But I still walked into one of the mornings around the main building and shoot a little.

While I was walking nothing has changed inside, nothing has changed for many years. Strangely, I liked stay in this place. Apparently, I lived a little in the union myself, and now fits and starts to catch up.
