Instead of waiting in line to visit museums and monuments, I suggest you visit the open air museum of street art just by wandering in Granada.
Since the very first moment I arrived, Granada became one of my favorite cities. Of course I had to visit Alhambra (wake up at 5 am and wait in line for hours while raining) but I must confess I had a better time just wandering around the city. The Albaicin quarter is amazing and it seems that everywhere you go there is art on the walls!
Back home and after having my article Street art at Granada about the work of the artist El niño de las Pinturas published I went through my archive and found out more great graffiti I shoot in Granada. Some I can recognize as from “El Niño de las Pinturas” and other are anonymous work so I separated them in two galleries.
I know that this is only a tiny sample of great things Granada has to offer but graffiti is one of my favorite subjects, specially when holding a LC-A in my hands!
