I am a girl who doesn't mind hanging out alone and when I went to Stellenbosch for a training, that's what I did.

In October, I was sent to a 4 day training to Stellenbosch, South Africa, by my company. Before I went everyone was warning me about security and how I couldn’t do anything alone and all that. I was there on Sunday after a 13 hour flight. It was only midday and there was nothing to do at the hotel. Ok, I admit, I might have gone to wine tasting but I had better plans.
I am not the kind of person who minds being alone, so I found the address of a Lomo Store somewhere near the Waterfront in Cape Town and figured I could go there. I called a cab and left the hotel but I soon realized that the Lomo Store was closed on Sundays.
So what I did was, wander around the shops in the waterfront, have a lovely dinner, watch a free concert and take lots and lots of photos!!! I might have burnt one of my rolls but oh well, isn’t that the point of Diana & 120?!
Other than my free Sunday, I only had another half day to myself before I left. So I had to make the best of my time! Because its not easy to go to SA from Turkey. So, on my last day, since I couldn’t go to the Lomo Store before, I decided to go there. It was heaven!! I bought some goodies for my Diana (I might have bought all the lenses, lol), and some other stuff :) then went back to the hotel, did a wine tasting (amazing wines!!!) and hurried to the airport to catch my flight. And all through this running around, I never left my finger off the shutter!!!
Of course my few days just weren’t enough to see everything! And I can’t wait to go there for a really long vacation and enjoy all the sights even more…
