The understood men says that to overcome this crisis into which we have got, one of the first things that we have to do is to encourage the consumption …: To spend! All to spend! And then I always think in the better place in the world: the markets and flea markets of London. London has a heap of place where to go and to buy things …: must be the anticrisis city!
All the guidebooks invite us to visit Portobello market, Camden, Covent Garden, Spitalfields, … and advise us to which to go, according to what we want to buy. Personally, I take weakness as the ancient, secondhand things, which have a history to be counted (that without speaking about the cameras,).
But we will not meet only things to buy or to sell. For ages, (in some cases of form more present that in others), the traditional markets were, are and will be meeting places, therefore it will be very easy to us to find artists of all kinds: funambulists, jugglers, clowns, musicians: anyway!
Art in all the possible forms.
If we remember Oliver Twist, even the theft is an art …
No place better than the markets of London. And since we speak about art and thefts: why not to “steal” photos of everything what puts itself us ahead?
The clown, the apples, the teapots, the musicians … and this guy that is capable of supporting a bicycle in balance on his head while it contorts itself in the soil: ah!
Don’t forget this!
The whole art is free … but it is better that you pay the apples before taking them …
We speak of solving the crisis with the consumption!!
