One of the six Halls of Residences in the National University of Singapore, Sheares Hall has its humble beginnings as the Dunearn Road Hostels. Moving twice, it is now situated at Heng Mui Keng Terrace on brand new premises.

The newest accommodations in the National University of Singapore, Sheares Hall is a great place for undergraduates to live in. Complete with single rooms, lifts, toilets, pantries on every level, this place can give any student apartments around the world a run for their money.

Steeped in tradition, we can take a step back in time and discover how the hall began in the 1960s till today. The many student events, awards and many photos can be found in the archives. Artworks of students along with several installation arts adorn the premises.

On every rooftop, students can enjoy barbecues with a scenic view of the harbor. Catch many a glorious sunsets as you enjoy the company and atmosphere at the rooftop gardens!

If you are coming to NUS on exchange, let this be the residence of your choice!
