A very nice area where you can just relax and be one with nature and you can do that in Vienna!
The Wilhelminenberg, also called Gallitzinberg, is a hill situated in the 16th district of Vienna. The Viennese discovered this beautiful area as a resort for weekend trips … but actually you should go there whenever possible. Don’t wonder why … in the middle of green fields and woods you have a gorgeous view over Vienna. Especially in the evening you finally find some peace when the city lights turn on slowly. Watching this while sitting next to an (illegal) bonfire with nice people maybe having some beer … I can only recommend it.
