Well, there are plenty of things to do when you are in Istanbul: first pay a visit to the Blue Mosque, to Hagia Sophia and to Topkapi Palace (and don’t forget the Harem).
Then, go to the Grand Bazaar, and experience oriental shopping in one of the 4 000 shops!
There is also the Egyptian (Spice) Market, the boutiques and shops of Beyoglu, the trendy shops of Nisantasi, and numerous modern shopping complexes here and there around the city.
But you won’t see all this in my pics. Why? Because I shot with my Diana, and I can’t take pics with low light with it (I don’t want to carry a tripod during my holidays.) I want to show you the traditional shopping streets for every kind of goods: bicycles, clothes, and food, everything Turkish people can buy for everyday life.
Follow me and loose your way in the crowded streets that lay down between the Grand Bazaar and the Egyptian Market.
