Berlin is like a young boy full of energy and courage, it’s still looking for its identity but at the same time it believes in its great future.
If you think about art, music, design and fashion, Berlin is becoming one of the best place in Europe and in the world. Symbols like Brandeburg Tor, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and the Wall (East side gallery) are like a book of history in three dimensions. Maybe it’s because of its heavy past that Berlin is looking more than other cities to the future. It seems that the whole city is always making a party, it’s never time to go home. But if the rythm of the city can be frenetic at the same time the traffic is not a problem, public transports are efficient, streets are safe, the bill at the restaurant is like the cost of an aperitif in other cities…to rent a flat is also cheap…maybe for a berliner the problems of the city are clear but i’m in love with Berlin. For sure my gallery is not able to show the beauty of the city but this lomolocation is for me the occasion to tell you about some places that according to me are quite nice.
Favourite districts: Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer berg.
Places to go: Volksbuhne in Rosa Luxemburg Platz (theater); Kulturbrauerei in Shonhauser Alle (bars, cinema, art center); Freischwimmer in Schlesischen strasse (the best brunch i have ever seen); Kauf dich Gluecklich in Odenbergestrasse (one of my favourite bar when you are stoned just to relax and to forget the rest of the world); Curry 36 (to eat a currywurst); the weekend (clubs); Mauerpark (second hand market on sunday in Prenzlauerberg).
Go and let me know.
Fès from The Roof The oldest of the imperial cities of Morocco. The Medina of Fès el-Bali (Old Fès) is the largest living Islamic medieval city in the world.
Marrakech Marrakech is a city unlike any other: nowhere exoticism is better showcased than in this ochre-and-rose-hueed city. Browsing through the streets will showcase different interesting stuff. You will see acrobats, children boxing and of course, street market.
Lc-a in Mumbai Exciting and charismatic, Mumbai is a cocktail of degradation, huge amount of people, bollywood and vitality which put together the pass, the present and the future of India.

Camera Modification: Turn your LC-A+ into a Rainbow Camera! Personally I am a huge fan of redscaling. It allows you to get some color in your photos, even on the grayest of days. But what if you just want to add the redscale effect to just some of your photos rather than shooting an entire roll this way? Easy enough: use a red filter! And while you're at it, why not throw in some other colors as well?! Read on to find out how you can turn your LC-A+ in to a rainbow camera!
Use Two 110 Films on a 35mm Camera for Crazy Awesome Shots So there are a lot of tipsters and hacks on the web for using 35mm film on different format cameras, so I went and tried using 110 on a 35mm camera, and this is pretty much what I got on my first try. It’s a bit of a process, but it’s also lots of fun, then again, what in Lomography isn't?
The Meopta Stereo 35 aka The View-Master Camera In my junior year of college, I had a crazy idea for a project for my directed study class. I wanted to create my own view-master reels, and to my surprise a view-master camera not only existed, but was available for purchase. Everything about this camera was a difficult trial and error challenge, but the end results are a one of a kind gem.
