This is a little story of a event location at the screening of Automorphosis.
Where ever the film maker Harrod Blank screens his latest film Automorphosis, the location often becomes an art car and sometimes art bike event, great for any style of lomography shooting opportunities. Alpacaangel and I (blue-dog) collaborate on an Art Car and we were able to be a part of this great event for the three nights screening of Automorphosis at Webster University in Webster Groves Missouri. Alpacaangel and I painted a Ford Ranger truck with chalkboard paint a few years ago, so we are able to make chalk art on the truck. We like to invite people to add what they want, so we provide lots of chalk everywhere we take the truck. When we heard Harrod Blank was coming to St Louis with his new film Automorphosis we knew we had to be there. If you are anywhere near one of his event screenings, GO… you will not be disappointed and you will find some great Lomography moments. Please say hi to Harrod for us, blue-dog and alpacaangel.

Also see Harrod Blank’s film “Wild Wheels” and check out his book “Art Cars”. And keep a lookout for his film about Burning Man..He has been working on it for 15 years and will soon be closer to a wrap.
