Philippine Military Academy

Luckily, my friend Nico happens to be the daughter of one of the Chief of Staff of the Academy. So we were able to tour the entire place. They have great facilities such as swimming pool, gymnasium, museum, recreation and fitness center. Every visitor is actually free free to explore the grounds and luckily watch the cadets doing their drills. It will take you less than an hour to reach this Fort from the main city by riding a taxi or jeepney.

They say the best time to visit is on weekends during alumni homecomings that are usually held in the month of February and graduation ceremonies at the end of the school year. One can see that PMA is full of tradition and pageantry.
