Living in Southern California comes with a few responsibilities. Going to the beach at least a few times a year, a trip to Mexico every so often, a visit to the mountains in the winter to play in the snow, and of course… going to Disneyland!
A perk to living close to the park is a huge discount on annual passes. So naturally, most of my friends and I have these passes. I have found the park never gets old, even after 20-30 visits(I know…) over the years! But it isn’t just Disneyland we get excited about anymore. Oh no my friends, now there is much much more. Located on the spot where the old parking lot stored so many cars for so many years, has sprouted a new addition to Walt Disney’s dream, Disney’s California Adventure!
Adding much excitement to your Disneyland trip, California Adventure has many exciting, almost hidden little treats for you and your adventurous side. A 13 story drop, riding over wild raging rapids, hang gliding over all of California, and the list goes on! Oh, and not to mention, this is no dry park. Yes, that’s right… let the beer flow like wine my good buddies! Let the beer flow like wine! Being a California themed park, there is a wine garden located in the heart of the park, and various beers available as well. As charming as fantasy land is, and as entertaining as Pirated of the Caribbean may be, there is just no booze at Disneyland! But to be fair to all of us who grew up going to Disneyland, the great peak of the Matterhorn, Cinderellas Castle, and those crazy spinning tea cups will always warm our hearts, just not our bellies!
So go ahead, be adventurous and take a look at my pictures of the happiest place on Earth through the eyes of my trusty Lomo LC-A+ and Expired Provia 400, Expired Fuji 200, Kodak E vs 100, and that tricky little devil Velvia 100!
