If you like to play Pool or Snooker and you're in Berlin - then this is the place to go to.
Founded in 1988, Hot Pool was the first Billard-Café EVER in Germany where music was played! It is the second oldest establishment of its kind in Berlin and IS THE ONLY ONE IN ALL OF GERMANY where smoking is allowed everywhere!
In order to play here you have to become a member, which costs 1 Euro a year. Once you’re one of the approximately 8 000 members you’re allowed to use the equipment, which consists of:
- six 9"-Pool-tables
- four 8"-Pool-tables
- one special 10"-Snooker-table
- one 12"-Snooker-table
- two top-notch tabletop soccer-tables
- one dartboard
Of course, there are drinks and snacks waiting for you at the bar!
Enjoy a nice game of pool or snooker in the best atmosphere imaginable: lots of tables, smoke in the air, music in the background, light only above the tables. It is very easy to reach via U-Bahn (metro): just take the U8 and drop of at “Schönleinstraße”, go in direction of “Schinkestraße” and then you’ll see it when you get up the stairs…
