Yay! Another reunion trip with my high school’s gang. We decided to go somewhere near our home in Bandung and choose Santolo Beach to stay overnight. It’s a 2 hours ride crossing valleys of tea garden from Bandung to Pameungpeuk, the small town where Santolo Beach is.
There’s not to much crowd in Santolo, I don’t think I saw another tourists than us. The beach is clean and spread wide from side to side. The sea is calm, the waves ended far out from the beach, it almost feel like swimming in a lake.
There’s only like 3 or 4 inns in Santolo, it’s all cheap and clean, perfect for unemployed fresh graduate like us. It’s Indonesia, so even though it’s cheap, you’re still allowed to bargain. The perfect way to end the day in Santolo, is enjoying the fresh seafood (and also cheap) served by the local restaurant.
