Puebla is the city of angels, designed to be built and inhabited by Spaniards without any help from anyone but heavenly angels themselves. The trace of the city is so perfect, the legend of the metaphysical urbanity became very well known. Nevertheless, most of Puebla’s constructions actually were built by the extremely cheap labor hand of Indians and slaves from Africa, with only a little bit of that wonderful taste of Spanish architects.
Puebla is an excellent place to eat, drink and stay for decades. Specially if you’ve got a LOMO camera to take advantage from it’s lovely, bright, hyper saturated colors. I was lucky enough to be born and live here.
