Fells Point is another historic location near downtown Baltimore lined with old red brick row homes and narrow cobblestone streets. The place is still a residential area, but mostly it is best know for the daytime shopping in the small specialty shops and boutiques. And at night the area is alive with many bars, and nightclubs, and an unusually large section of pubs. The waterfront front area is home to many personal sailboats, tugboats and the Baltimore water taxi, which take visitor to other parts of the city along the harbor. Fells Point has a quaint feeling as you walk along the street and an historic tour is actually worth it here.
The best shop there is a music store called Sound Garden. This place has an amazing selection of vinyls and some really good musical gift sets for any taste of music. They also have a very large collection of music and used movies that you won’t find in typical box stores; they even buy back your unwanted CDs.
