If you’re young and living in Seoul but you don’t know about Hongdae area, it’s absolutely not possible! Why? It’s ‘le plus beau quartier de Seoul’ (yes,it’s quite similar like a song title of Carla Bruni!) it means it’s the most hot spot for young generation especially for who loves ‘ART’. We’re able to find everyday any sort of cultural events such as cinema,concert,exhibition and festivals etc. We can find even the Lomography gallery shop Seoul in this district lol
If you’re a real gourmet, it’s better to come there because there are so many delicious & great designed restaurants and cafe ranging from Korean food to the 3rd World’s one everywhere even in each very narrow street.
To get this quartier, it’s on the 2nd green line of Seoul metro ‘Hong-Ik Univ. station’.
