The Golden Gate Bridge is one of those spots that you can’t afford to miss if you are in San Francisco. At first glance it might just be a bridge, but once you go exploring you will the best views of San Francisco and the bay area waiting for you to click your shutter.
There are many ways to visit the Golden Gate Bridge; you can walk drive across it, walk it, bike it, or go underneath it on a cruise ship, ferry, or boat. I think I have seen this bridge from most angles and I would have to say that the most accessible way to see the bridge is to drive across it from San Francisco to the north vista point. Parking is free here, but it can get quite crowded, so I would suggest going on a weekday if possible. But feel free to get a glimpse of the bridge while taking the ferry to Alcatraz or while you are Alcatraz itself.
No matter how you see fit to visit the Golden Gate Bridge you are bound to struck by its beauty and architecture.
