I personally rode one of the several RORO trips from Batangas International Port to Matabang Port which take approximately 2 ½ hours. From Matabang Port, one can hire a tricycle for only Php 20.00 to get to Poblacion, which is the center of all hubs & activities of the town. Anyone can explore the nine (9) friendly Barangays of the town via tricycle or by taking a walk while enjoying the peaceful scenery.

I really love the fine coast because of its solitude, quietude & serenity. I tried Spelunking and white water rafting which were the extreme challenge of nature that were offered. Nobody can match the warmth, the solidarity, the industry and uniqueness of the people in this area. It is a place I would always want to visit again & spend some time with. Thanks to our good friend, Teta Eugenio, for letting us stay in their beach front rest house! Love it!
