A Tokyo Metropolitan Government

Visiting Shinjuku - the very heart of Tokyo.

Shinjuku is one of the biggest cities in Japan, and this is the heartland of Tokyo. This city has a Tokyo metropolitan government and various office buildings. We went to the surrounding areas of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Tower. This day was Saturday, so there were only few business people. Therefore the empty streets where the office buildings were located were very lonely. Also, it was a gray city without the saturation. So we tried to make it more attractive to the city where vividness was insufficient with our cameras. In addition we expressed love to Lomo, using our body, our emotion, and all objects in the lonely large city, because we love Lomo and the LC-A. We have exceeded our schedules by taking pictures of Shinjuku, but we didn’t mind. After taking pictures of Shinjuku, we went to the next shooting spot, Shibuya Station.

ahh :) Worth to mention (if I remember right) that in one of those two buildings on the ground floor there is a tourist department, where you can take Tokyo maps with tourist walking routes for free. You can also ask any question you want and join the volunteer tour where Japanese people want to practice their English and Western people simply enjoy the tour :)
