Sabang is a small village in Palawan, Philippines. It is used as an entry point to the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River. All the visitors of Sabang take a day trip for this. It is a visually beautiful place. The beach is good for not only for swimming but other activities as well as it offers fine gray sand. The sunset here was spectacular. As we wait for it, our gang relaxed by the shore, drank our cold ice beers and played Frisbee. There were also residents there who played their own version of soccer. It was really nice to meet new people and get acquainted with their culture.
When we got here it is as if we owned the beach to ourselves. We had our quiet relaxed time by the beachfront. it was indeed a chilled out atmosphere. One will always find something to do here and wont get bored as long as you are with your friends!
In going to Sabang Beach, as part of our Palawan Tour, we hired a van. One can also ride a jeepney to reach this place. The best time to go here is during the month of March to April because it is during these summer months that waves are calmer. My friends and I had a great time here, I hope you do too as you encounter the PAX (Palawan Experience). It wont be complete without enjoying the heat of the sun in Sabang Beach!
