Once a year, tens of thousands of participants gather to create Black Rock City in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert, an event which is dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance. One week later, having left no trace whatsoever, it vanishes into the dust. All traces are removed from the playa as if nothing every happened.
A truly unique experience in which you see & hear a myriad of things all at once – which completely takes over all of your senses – leaving you with a dreamlike impression for the rest of your life – and yes it is indeed life changing – hard to put into words – but do check out the gallery area http://www.burningman.com/galleries/ where you can get a taste of what it is like at Black Rock City. If you ever get the chance I highly recommend that you go. It really is the best thing I have ever seen and done in all of my life so far … yeah really!
