Jerry’s, shop is totally unassuming, in fact it’s so laid back you could miss it, situated at 49 Honor Oak Park in a quiet corner of South London, it is one of London’s best kept secrets – this is the place to go if you like mid century modern furniture, lighting and other ephemera. Jerry is a modern treasure hunter, who bends over backwards to help you find that special item.
‘I.D’ As it is known has the outward appearance of your standard junk furniture shop but on closer inspection you will find it it’s filled with many collectible items by such design giants as Hans Wegner; Verner Panton; Anglepoise (the original Herbert Terry) and my fave of the moment Hadrill and Horstman industrial lighting from the fifties.
