  The UP-Visayas Library, Iloilo City Whenever I think of looking for a good book to read or some research back in college, I consider the UP Visayas (University of the Philippines - Visayas) Library a first place to visit. Great books and "hard-to-find" books can be found here. In those times where Internet connection was still scarce and nowhere to be found, library can be the best place for research. There are also several library nooks in the city but I find this one user-friendly. Found it funny, it is now called UP School of Library and Information Studies.

  The Beach View (Silay City) There's again another secret place. Somewhere in the lonely city of Silay lies a great place which they call "Beach View". It's a nice place, very wide where you cannot see any islands in the horizon. Just by plainly looking over there can give your stressful day a relaxation therapy.

  The Old Ma-ao Province Most of us cannot deny that we have a little soft side in our souls. We come and go to places we've never been before, get in touch with the lives of people and after a few weeks, you find yourself in their place again.
