In Nice the funfair takes place around Christmas, outdoor and indoor : here in the South of France, people don’t like cold weather and don’t want to stay outside a long time when the temperature in under 10°C.

So the roller coasters and thrill rides are inside the Exposition Palace, a building built for commercial fairs. And as I took my Holga, I only took pics outside, and during the day : so you won’t discover glittering lights, long exposures and night pics full of colors, but only tiny stands, small childish attractions such as hooking rubber ducks, air rifles stands, coconuts shy and of course stalls which offers cuddly toys as prizes. And junk food, too sodas, cotton candy, french fries, hot dogs, pop corn, waffles, churros, and so on.

And guess what : half of my pics were taken on the bulb ! Not in purpose, but I like the result : it gives a dreamy atmosphere.
