Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok

Located at the heart of the city near Siam Square – the teenagers’ favourite hangout, Chulalongkorn University has been one of the most prestigious universities in Thailand for a long time. Since there are 20 faculties, Chulalongkorn university is vast. There are many buildings with different designs: Traditional Thai, Modern and the combination of both styles.

Also, there are various spot to relax like little park, campus restaurants and coffee shops! Moreover, you can appreciate the warm atmosphere of being a student just by looking at teenagers wearing university uniforms. If you are lucky enough, you will get a chance to see some activities around the campus around the year such as cheering stuff or sports day.

There are also interesting traditions like:
1) Chula – Thammasat traditional football game which is the annual football match in January at the Stadium near MBK shopping center,
2) Loy Kratong which is a festival around November,
3) Chulalongkorn Academic Fair which is triennial.

As I am an Arts student, many pictures I took are around my faculty! :)
There are many Thai-style constructions around the Faculty of Arts that combined Thai beliefs and mythology as well.
I think it is a very interesting site to shoot!

So this is what Chula looks like. I've met some nice folks from there back in the day when I was in University.
