Cygnus' Trip to the Coastal Road

The mark of a New Year is something a good way to start the whole entire 365 days of living. Three days after the firework blasts and the popping of champagnes (and even Buena Noche), Vince, me, Kharen and some friends of Lomo went to the Coastal Road. We had a mini-shoot there together with our NFF’s (new-found-friends) who are models.
Well, my girlfriend joined the team of modeling for us (thank God!). I found out that Cygnus (my Holga) was quite unused during the Holidays. So I believe it is his time to shine again. I packed some electrical tape, masked it over the areas where the possible light-leak might enter, and shoot my way over the models.
Coastal Road is a super-highway that stretches from Lapaz, Jaro, Leganes up to Dumangas. It is made for easy-access in the Port of Dumangas for some Boat Trips. A very long highway, few drivers would consider passing by here because of less traffic. During night-time, illegal drag race can be experienced in this stretch of a mile.
There are also plenty of restaurants that can be found here! Tipongs, Ike’s Kitchen, RR Restaurant to name a few. Offering the ever-beloved seafood cuisine, overlooking Guimaras Island and the stretchy beach, the Coastal Road is far more a better place to dine compared to the busy life in the city.
Coastal Road takes about thirty-minute driving or more when you want to reach the city. Clean straight road with nice greens in your left and right. A marvelous place for shoots under the sun!
