Downtown Winston
written by maddyoulook on December 10th, 2008 (2 votes)

My dad lives four hours away from me, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It’s pretty down south in the United States, but there’s an awesome downtown scene. Whenever I come to visit him, I beg my dad to take me downtown so I can take pictures.

I love the buildings and urban decay, and my favorite restaurant, 6th and Vine. You get to have your meals in an alley decorated with twinkling lights! I always feel so happy when I’m there, and I feel like it’s my sanctuary. This was also where I took my first lc-a+ roll, and I totally fell in love with the shots. :)
