Vigeland's sculptures in Frognerparken
written by minicooper on November 3rd, 2008 , one comment (2 votes)

There are lots of cities with green parks in the centre, but there is no one like Vigeland’s Park. What makes it special is that is full of sculptures of children, women, men and elder: that’s life.

Vigeland almost spent his life making sculptures on stone and bronze. He gave all the sculptures to the city of Oslo, that arrange the park to display them. The park is amazing. Is the perfect place to have a picnic (you will forget you are in Oslo), have a stroll in the dusk or just enjoy art.
