Söderbysjön - The Deep Forest Lake

When i moved to Bagarmossen, a little urban district in the south of Stockholm, I did not know of the Söderbysjön lake. But, as I saw all the other kids from school walking into the woods with towels and swimming wear I understood there was something special in there.
Now, Söderbysjön is one of my favorite places to hang out in the summer especially, but also wintertime. In the summers, the water is glowing in black; teasing all the people to jump in and cool down their sweaty bodies. The best thing with the lake and its surroundings is that you can choose your own place, depending on yourself. Families takes their seat at the little beach, young people and older couples takes a stroll through the woods and occupies their own little cliff. Söderbysjön is soothing and definitely makes you want to come back. Due to the Swedish right of common access, you can be free in the nature. When the night comes, why not make a nice fire to warm you up?
Söderbysjön also has a really cool shape. From a satellite map, you can see a distinct shape of a flying bird surrounded by a beautiful forest.
