Did you play with Playmobil when you were younger? Have you ever pictured yourself inside the pirate ship or defending the medieval castle? If your answers are ‘yes’ ‘yes’ you should go to Playmobil Funpark, near Nürnberg and just an hour drive from München, in Germany.
Don’t worry if you’re going without kids, nobody will mind. Be ready to enjoy the journey, your stress is about to disappear.
Playmobil Funpark is not a conventional amusement park where you can ride extreme attractions. In fact, it hasn’t any. You’ll find lots of playmobils as big as you, so imagine how big is Noe’s Arch! There you could ride all the animals: pigs, horses, zebras… to ride the giraffes you’ll need some help, so the elephants too. The Medieval castle is amazing: you can climb its walls and even sitting on the kings throne!
But my favorite place is the pirate ship. First of all you have to take a boat or cross a rope bridge to get in. Once there, you can drive it, go to the captain’s room, bodega or climb the mast. From the top the view pays the effort.
