Zum dicken Heinrich
written by mephisto19 on May 9th, 2008 (1 vote)

It was my grandfather (the big Henry, cause he was really tall and fat), who built up this restaurant many years ago together with my grandmother. When he died, my uncle and aunt got the restaurant. And they developed it even more.

More rooms to rest (lots of people e.g. going to Cebit sleep there), they built up a beer garden and a “Wohn-mobilplatz”. It is a place I go to eat (I love the Curry wurst and Hochzeitssuppe in english it means wedding-soup) and to see my grandma (she is still working there) and mother, who is working there, too. And I buy meat there. So everyone who got sausages or meat from me I got it there. If you open the webpage, you can see my uncle and aunt wearing the typical folk- dress of this region.
