The street art corner

There is no doubt, this is the corner most involved with street art in Cali. It’s extended along the Calle 5 to the Calle 6, from the Carrera 9 to the Carrera 10 containing all the walls and bridges located inside this area. To be more exact you can take a look at “El Sub”, another location that I previously recommended.
Once you get to El Sub, it is too easy to reach to this new location because it is just around the corner. This place is very special because although it is small (just few blocks) it has huge variety of art works, many artists from here and outside come here to drop a sign, to make a trace.
These pictures are especially from one day that some young artists from Argentina were in the town. It was a sunny Friday morning, a Friday like Sunday, the Argentinean guys were dying to make something cool in our place (Cali – Colombia) their work is really great and we were dying too to make something cool with them. Nobody plains anything, everything was casually magical. Some neighbors lent us the ladders, I don’t know where the paint came from, they have their own brushes, and ta-dah! Everybody was painting all day long and the happiness fills the faces of everyone, it was like a summer welcome festival. You can see the work of many people in this location, but the pictures are mainly from the Argentineans boys.
