Koln, or Cologne, is the number 4 city in Germany, so it is natural, that it has something extra for every Lomographer, visiting this beautiful city. Start from getting there - I find "die Bahn" railway service very good, so I did come to Köln by train.

After reaching the train station, you find a thing that does not fit into your Lomo camera’s viewfinder – the Dom (check out my other story of this place). But this story isn’t about it – it’s about the riverside, which is so good for long walking trips, just to relax. Lots of birds in the river, people passing by and only one thing, that can be missed – it’s the bicycle. It would be so nice to drive to the end of the riverside, and come back, just to relax.
What is more – on the other side, I mean the different from the river, you can always find beautiful buildings, architecture views and so on. No matter what you do, your camera is always ready to shoot – that’s how I managed to walk in this place. One more thing – I found a very interesting place under the bridge, where you can shoot a long exposure (not for me, as it was daytime) while people, bicycle drivers and even little trains, which do transport old people and tired people from A to B. What is more – there are a lot of interesting places to visit, for example the Chocolate museum, or other museums and monuments, and you can find well places signs, which tell, where those interesting places are. What film to choose? Any, depending on the weather… What camera? LCA, of course, as always, and maybe something more interesting, like the Fisheye or Horizon.
