Crystal Beach

The Philippines is not that well-known for its surfing spots but ideal locations are slowly sprouting up and being discovered and unearthed one by one. The nearest one to Manila would be Zambales, a 3 hour drive north.

Here for an entrance fee of $3, you can surf to your hearts content. If you don’t have your own board you can rent it there also. The beach is not that great for swimming but the waves are big and strong for surfing or wakeboarding. Face nature’s wrath with your Frogeye or Fisheye Submarine and enjoy riding the waves!

For info on renting boards or anything else call them up at (02) 941-9004/ (02)9400781/(047) 9134309 or SMS +639202504008.
They don’t have a website of their own but here http://guides.clickthecity.com/travel/?p=1245
you can get a gist of the fun.
