Zoo Hundshaupten
written by lomodirk on April 27th, 2008 (1 vote)

The Zoo Hundshaupten is a neat little park located in the heart of Franconian Swiss near Nuremberg, Germany. It is embedded in a small valley where you can walk up and down and all around to see the typical animals which belong to the nature surrounding you.

A small rivulet goes down through the valley and ends up in a small lake. Gooses, ducks, moose, deer, ibexes, wild boars, trout and lots more are performing for you and your beloved cameras. Of course they are expecting some mouth-watering goods, but beware if you gave once they will never let you go. Some may say it’s for little kids, but it’s so interesting to see which animals are almost around you and you even don’t see it, because in wilderness they have their space to hide. Hundshaupten is a really special kind of zoo, because its not just the animals, it’s really a nature experience.
