SUK11 in Sukhumvit

If you’re looking for a place not so crowded and noisy with drunken hippie backpackers like in Khaosan Road, then Suk11 in Sukhumvit district it’s the right place for you. The guesthouse is based on wooden Thai traditional house with lots of greenery and good sense of traditional interior decoration. Owned and run by a friendly, fluent English-speaking family which is be really helpful with the traveling tips.
The guesthouse has different range of rooms to cater for anyone needs and budgets. The cheapest is the dormitory price of THB 250 (that’s like only USD7). Prices include breakfast every morning from 7 am till 10 am, down at the eating area. The shared toilet (rooms are without toilet) are really big and clean, complete with hot shower. And all rooms are air-conditioned. Other facilities in Suk11 are TV room, reading section, internet connection and wireless connection.
The best part of this place is it’s just a walking distance to all the major shopping malls, street-side vendors, public transportation, the sky-train is just minutes away, it is even few hundred meters to the Saen Saeb Canal and close to the nigh-life area. This place is also next to 7/11, internet cafe and a Thai massage parlor. It’s really convenient and worth staying here.
