Skyline of Hong Kong from Victoria Peak

Want to be the King of the World? Forget about Titanic!!! What you need to do is take a 5 minute Peak Tram funicular railway from Central District of Hong Kong, go to The Peak Tower of Victoria Peak where you can see the greatest view of one of the best skylines in the world!

The Peak tram is of the oldest operating funicular railways in the world, so make sure your LCA, Horizon Perfekt, Holga, Fisheye… are loaded with film, not to load until you reach the Peak. I’ve just tried the feeling of being the King of the World in July this year, the feeling is unforgettable. Imagine most of the highest skyscrapers in the world are under your feet, how does that feel? Fantastic!!! Have you heard of Silverchair’s “The Greatest View”? That song immediately came out from my brain when I once stepped on the roof of The Peak Tower.

If you’re going in the morning, make sure you bring a lot of films, because the “view” is more exciting in the night with all the sky-reaching towers’ beautiful night lighting and reflections. A little tips here, if you’re proposing to your girlfriend, that’s the best place! There are a lot of restaurants you can enjoy wide range of dining with breathtaking view of the city. I’m sure your girlfriend will become your wife after your romantic dinner!
