If you want to have real leisure time, choose Nida. Please, take the map and find Lithuania. Do you see a small and thick land in the Baltic Sea? That’s called the Kursiu Nerija and its center is the town of Nida. No busy people, no loud clubs (there are some, but not as the main places to visit here) – just pure landscape… Perfect for slide films near the beautiful places of sand, sea water and small town houses… quiet, but still interesting.
Perfect for nature observers and still capturing for those who want to see interesting life of real fishermen. One more thing – Nida is in the center of Kursiu Nerija so if you climb up the mountain to the lighthouse you will see two different seas in both directions. How come? Well on one side is the real Baltic Sea and on the other is the Curonian Lagoon. If you want to go for a swim, do not go to the Curonian Lagoon – people do not swim there, because the water is too polluted. It is green, so imagine how good that water looks on your slide film shots (especially crossed). Go to the far end of the Nida and you will find the small port, where are small yachts and old fishermen boats. One more thing – you can take a trip in the Curonian Lagoon with real old boat, which looks like from the movies about XVII century.
