Louisiana Museum

This one is for the art lovers. Louisiana museum for modern art is located north of Copenhagen and has a beautiful ocean view. All year it hosts exhibitions from both national and international artists. The place is peaceful and minimalists, and contains several buildings with many areas.

Besides the temporary exhibitions and permanent collection it has a café, cinema, concert hall, shop and a nice garden with sculptures part of the permanent collection. In summertime the outside of the café can be very nice to drink overpriced coffee and take pictures. These pictures are from an exhibition with a famous danish furniture architect Poul Kjaerholm, one from the permanent collection and two from the garden. But be aware, not all exhibitions are allowed to be shot.
