If you’re in Barcelona, and a little bit tired of the crowd and the cars of the city, if you’re looking for a quiet and refreshing place, if you’re alone or with a friend (or more…), have a little excursion to the garden and labyrinth of Horta, located north of the city of Barcelona.

Take the metro (L7) direction Canyelles to the stop “Vall d’Hebron” and you’re just 5 minutes walk to the labyrinth park of Horta. Victor Horta was a Belgian architect (1861-1947) who decided to build a typically “English garden” in Barcelona, where he stayed. In a great park you can walk during hours in a beautiful and romantic garden in the spirit of the poets of the 19th century. In the middle of the park, you find the labyrinth, and you’ll surely have fun to find your way out in this nice construction of bushes….even if it’s not really difficult to find the way out ;) But it’s very funny and the garden is sooooo relaxing…!!!
