Kinder Olympics - Luxembourg Kindergarten

Don’t be so broadminded – sports can be fun! And it is, especially in one hidden place in Luxembourg. It’s the kindergarten in the heart of Luxembourg, where you can participate in KINDER OLYMPICS. Keep that in mind! Let the competition begin!!! First of all, the toy-horse race – very good for your back muscles, releases the pain from your head. It even can help working out with your hands, as you have to hold very tight not to fall down from it. But I could not run till the finish line – my horse was stuck and did not want to move… Second, the mind-and-wisdom activity – the crazy snail with numbers.

I was watching children doing this kind of sport activity, could not do that – you need to train hard to get ready for jumping on one leg while thinking where to jump. Next exercise – cliff climbing with those little crazy green “fish” things. Little children from all over the world can do that, but not me… I felt all the times down from it, never succeeded to get past the hole… Too shame for me, but still ready to get my medal in the Kinder Olympics! Finally, the event, where I can show my Lithuanian sporty-side – basketball!!! You will not believe that, I lost in this event as well, because I did not think of throwing the little balls instead of a real Spalding ball. You see, little children can not throw the heavy ball, so they are playing with small ones… And guess what? After all the exercises I have tried my luck, my hands were full of muscles and I threw the ball so high, that it even did not try to fall into the net… That’s it, no medals for me, but still so much fun. Maybe I will try my luck in real Olympics, not in those difficult and crazy Kinder Olympics there in Luxembourg. Still, now I know that sports can be fun!!!

Well, at least it matches the place on the map. The playground is just outside the building, so I guess it is made there for this “child-care-facility” (in Luxembourg they call kindergartens like that).
