There's something about black and white photographs that seemingly demand your attention and immediately draw you in, don't you think?
Ted Grant sure knew what he was saying when he uttered the now oft-quoted, “When you photograph people in color, you photograph their clothes. But when you photograph people in black and white, you photograph their souls!” Stripped of all the colors and other elements that would usually grab your attention first in a photograph, your focus now goes straight to the subject itself and allows you to look really closely and appreciate it and the message it tries to convey, if any.
The photos in the gallery were taken by our community members using their LC-A+ cameras. Aside from black and white, you can use basically any other as long as it’s in the 35mm format. Either way, your photos would surely look stunning as the LC-A+ cameras are equipped with the Russian original Minitar 1 lens plus a whole lot of other awesome features.
