My Best Analogue Moments of 2013

I have lots of analogue memories this year. Come and take a look at my photos and best moments from year 2013!

At the beginning of the year I started working in Galata. I walked by Galata Tower everyday and whenever I bought a new camera, Galata Tower was always the first thing I photographed.

In February, my friends got married. They were my first friends who got married. I guess I’m getting a little bit older. I went to Denizli for this wedding and visited Pamukkale.

The best day of the year for me was, of course, my birthday! In this photo my cousins were carrying my birthday cake!

I love my university. I love spending time in it and I also like taking photos of it!

I had some colorful experiments with Supersampler. I read the Extreme Cut tipster and loved the idea. After my first roll, I cut off the inside and used the Diana flash gel filters to cover lenses. It was really fun to do. The results are also great.

Here are some of my random shots from Istanbul through the year:

The beginning of June was not much fun in Turkey because of Gezi Park Protests. We’ve been through hard times but it was great to see all the people resisting like that. We finally got together and raised our voice against government.

I love Vienna. My trip to Vienna in June was amazing. They were really surprised at the airport when they found out that I had 9 cameras with me. I took some great photos during my trip. Carrying all of them with me was worth it!

These are my personal favorites among my shots from Vienna:

Since September, I’ve been an Erasmus student in Zaragoza, Spain. I haven’t had a chance to scan my 30 rolls. So I can’t add photos from Zaragoza to this article. But they will be on my LomoHome in 2 months.

I can say that I really miss my room in Istanbul. I can’t wait to go back home!
