Fun Winter Holiday Shorts Filmed with the LomoKino

Give your holiday videos a quirky, analogue feel with the LomoKino!

Remember all those holiday home videos you’ve watched, possibly filmed, and even starred in when you were younger? What’s an important occasion without someone recording it for posterity, right? Today, most people may be all about the crisp, crystal clear images that high-tech gadgets produce, but you’d have to agree that nothing really beats those grainy, dreamy, nostalgic videos.

We may not be able to literally turn back time and relive those moments from the past but we can at least recreate these through the LomoKino, Lomography’s first movie camera that allows you to create short films using any kind of 35mm film! It doesn’t record sound, although you may have noticed that the videos in this gallery all have background music. This is actually possible – all you have to do is edit the sound clip in during post-processing!

Want to get your own LomoKino so you can start shooting your very own holiday videos? You’re in luck! Just for today, December 8, we’re taking 19% off on the LomoKino when you buy it from our Online Shop or at your nearest Lomography Gallery Store! Read more about this really cool offer here.

Enter a new analogue dimension with the LomoKino. Lomography’s own 35mm analogue movie camera allows you to capture action and immortalize your story on film! Shoot 144 frames on any 35mm film and create your own cinematic masterpieces. Want to watch your movie the old-school way? We also offer the LomoKino and LomoKinoscope package!
