Think a great playwright like George Bernard Shaw wouldn’t even attempt a sport like surfing? Well, this photo proves otherwise!
Shaw was said to be already 75 years old when this fascinating photograph was taken, so it’s probably during the year 1931 (he was born on July 26, 1856). It was taken at a beach at Muizenberg in Cape Town, South Africa.
