Out of a roll of 36 shot film, what’s the percentage of the shots that are keepers? There are times when every shot seems awesome and there are times when all you want to do is cry after getting a blah roll. Photographer “Gregory Simpson” discusses in an article in The Leica Camera Blog that the magic number is 8%. If you crunch the numbers, it might seem a bit low, considering 8% of 36 is just 3 shots.
