Nick Castle is mainly a screenwriter and director by profession, but perhaps the most famous thing he’s ever done was to portray the infamous horror villain Michael Myers of the “Halloween” film series. He was the first actor to take on the role in 1978 and was said to have been paid only $25 a day! The first “Halloween” movie was directed by John Carpenter, a former classmate of his at the USC School of Cinematic Arts!
