Twosday Tuesday: Kaleidoscopic Portraits

Here at Lomography, we always like looking at the creative and random photos submitted by our community members in our downtime. And, amusingly, we find that there are a lot of snapshots that bear a striking resemblance to one another – be it in the way they were composed or in idea – even though they were taken in different parts of the globe!

This week, we’re showcasing these psychedelic selfies!

The photo above was taken by cou in Traverse City, Michigan, USA using a Holga 135 loaded with a Spartan 400 ISO film.

In Europe, meanwhile, this photo was taken by brommi in Herford, Germany with a Porst compact-reflex loaded with a Kodak Elitechrome EB film.

Tune in next Tuesday for the next of twin photos! In the meantime, check out our Twosday Tuesday series in the Lomography magazine!
